All students living on campus are required to participate in the meal plan.

Students requiring dietary accommodation due to a documented disability or allergy must contact the Accessibility Services Office to request accommodation.

Students with questions about dietary requirements or religious restrictions should speak with the dining hall manager.

Students must present their Harvard ID card to enter the dining facility, which will be swiped for each meal period.

Each swipe allows for unlimited servings within a single meal period. Students may not exit and re-enter the dining hall during the same meal period.

Food may not be removed from the dining hall.

Students must be appropriately dressed in the dining hall; shoes and shirts are required.

Only students with a meal plan, and SSP Commuter Students with a Harvard ID, may enter the dining hall. Guests are not permitted during the summer term.

Feedback about food or services should first be directed to the dining hall manager, then to the Harvard Summer School Office of Student Engagement and Residential Life.

Students withdrawing voluntarily from the program will be charged for meals until submitting a cancellation form.
