Students must vacate their residences by the date and time listed below, based on the session(s) in which they are enrolled:

| Three-Week Session II: Friday, July 28 by noon | Pre-College Program, Session II: Friday, July 21 by 7:30 pm |
| Seven-Week Session: Saturday, August 5 by noon | Pre-College Program, Session III: Friday, August 4 by 7:30 pm |
No extensions will be granted. Travel arrangements should be made well in advance in accordance with the closing schedule.
1. Specific guidelines for checking out of the residences will be distributed. Students who move out of on-campus housing before these guidelines have been distributed should speak with their proctor about checkout procedures, including where to turn in their room keys. Students who do not turn in keys or turn in uncoded keys at the end of the summer may be billed for lock replacement.
2. Students must leave their rooms in the condition in which they found them. Students must remove all personal belongings and trash at the time of departure.
