All students will reside in the room assigned by the HSS (Harvard Summer School) administration. Room changes are not permitted without approval. If you have any issues with your assigned room after moving in, speak directly with your Proctor; they can relay concerns to HSS administration, who determines if exceptional circumstances warrant the granting of an alternative room assignment. Only the Summer School administration has the authority to approve a room change request. Students registered with the Accessibility Services Office should contact them immediately if your assigned room does not meet your approved accommodation. Following the proper procedures helps ensure fair housing for everyone while on campus.
