Resident students who lose their keys must collect a replacement key during business hours from staff in their House Building Manager’s office (for residents of a House) or Yard Operations in the basement of Weld Hall (for residents of Yard or Union dorms). After business hours, students should first contact their Proctor On-call for further instruction such as calling Securitas at 617-496-9370. Please attempt to contact these individuals BEFORE contacting the HUPD (Harvard University Police Department) at 617-495-1215.

A $20 key replacement charge will be placed on the student’s account after a new key is issued, regardless of the student's year or housing location.
